About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Inventory Analyst to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our inventory manager and deployment teams, and playing a crucial role in delivering high-quality analyses and recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate financial and commercial analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain inventory parameters in IBP to achieve commercial objectives (service levels, stock levels, lot sizes, etc.).
  • Continuously improve and refine our tools and processes to support our deployment and inventory policies.
  • Analyze data, interpret results using analytical methods and research techniques.
  • Contribute to the development of initiatives and tools to optimize and balance our global inventory levels with our service level.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a commercial analysis, inventory management, or similar role.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL and/or Snowflake.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to have fun at work are essential.
  • Knowledge of IBP (SAP) is considered a major asset.
  • Knowledge of SAP S4/ECC is considered a major asset.
  • Practical knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is an asset.
