About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Systems Analyst to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our Global Trade Compliance team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing systems and processes to support our global trade operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain PowerBI reports and process improvements to enhance our compliance environment and data structures.
  • Analyze our dataset to identify opportunities for data improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Manage GTS-specific master data sources, validate and load data in different systems and environments.
  • Support systems process improvements from requirements identification to user acceptance.
  • Support stakeholders with change management activities related to systems and data improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • University degree in a subject related to information technology or data management.
  • Knowledge of data management concepts, Power BI or equivalent technologies is an asset.
  • Open mind to develop technical analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, leadership, curiosity, and a good sense of organization.
  • Ability to put oneself in the position of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively based on objectives and with minimal supervision.
  • Bilingualism essential both oral and written (English & French).
  • Experience in an environment related to manufacturing operations an asset.
