BRP is seeking a Data & System Analyst to join our Global Trade Solutions (GTS) team
This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills in global trade compliance systems and data improvement. You'll gain valuable insights into how systems, processes, and tools work together to facilitate the movement of products across borders throughout their lifecycle.
As a key contributor to continuous improvement projects, you will play a vital role in our success and expansion. You'll collaborate with a diverse project delivery team on both local and international initiatives, fostering teamwork and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Power BI reports and enhance processes by gaining a deep understanding of our compliance environment and data structures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze datasets and identify opportunities for data enhancement.
- Manage GTS master data sources from internal and external origins, ensuring accurate validation and loading into various systems.
- Contribute to system process enhancements by participating in requirements gathering and user acceptance testing.
- Support stakeholders throughout change management activities related to systems and data improvement initiatives.
- A university degree in information technology or a related field, such as data management.
- Familiarity with data management concepts, Power BI, or similar technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, coupled with leadership qualities, curiosity, and organizational abilities.
- The ability to empathize with stakeholders and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Experience within a manufacturing operations environment is highly advantageous.
