About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Inventory Analyst to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our inventory manager and deployment teams, and playing a crucial role in delivering high-quality analyses and recommendations to drive business growth.

In collaboration with various teams, including procurement, logistics, product management, finance, and regional teams, you will contribute to developing and implementing a best-practice-based inventory management strategy. Your expertise will have a significant impact on supporting the organization's growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide solid and timely decision-making support to senior management through financial and commercial analysis.
  • Maintain inventory parameter settings in IBP to achieve targeted business objectives (service levels, stock levels, lot sizes, etc.).
  • Continuously improve and redefine our tools and processes to support our deployment and inventory policies.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using analytical and research methods.
  • Participate in developing initiatives and tools to optimize and balance our global inventories with our service level.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide continuous reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a commercial analysis, inventory management, or similar role.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL and/or Snowflake.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to have fun at work are essential.
  • IBP (SAP) knowledge is considered a major asset.
  • SAP S4/ECC knowledge is considered a major asset.
  • Practical knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is an asset.
