Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Analytics Director to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in developing and managing our product analytics strategy for our portfolio companies.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Product Roadmap: Define and execute the product roadmap for analytics platform services, aligning with company OKRs and market opportunities.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment with product, engineering, and data analysts to ensure seamless development of key business metrics and successful business outcomes.
  • Benchmark Data Integration: Lead the integration of third-party benchmark data to enhance understanding of business performance and create targets within expectations.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define, monitor, and analyze business performance metrics to track progress against goals and provide insights for possible improvement.
  • Center of Excellence: Train internal teams and external partners on new metrics and reporting tools, producing training documentation in videos, FAQs, and internal wikis.


Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: 8+ years of work experience, with at least six years focused on scaling businesses, platforms or SaaS products and services.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of data visualization and data analytics, with experience working with Business Intelligence software such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals with influence and limited authority.
  • Strategic Thinking: Exceptional strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
