Business Development Director/Manager Opportunity

Adecco Canada is partnering with a luxury events team to seek a full-time Business Development Director/Manager to drive market presence, revenue growth, and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Lead the business development team
  • Contribute to shaping the luxury events portfolio, including high-end events at top-tier venues

This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in business development and sales, strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury events market in Toronto.

Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in the events industry, with a focus on the Toronto market
  • A significant network in high-end markets, such as luxury watches
  • Ability to manage budgets, plan events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and creative problem-solving skills
