Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure that all restaurant operations are running smoothly, including food preparation, customer service, and cash handling.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the restaurant.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, vision care benefits, and permanent employment.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week and maintain a flexible schedule.
