Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily restaurant operations and implement improvements as needed
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality service and food preparation
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provincial/territorial liquor legislation
  • Address customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
