Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at PERFORMANCE INSULATION INC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
