Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Clerk to join our team at PERFORMANCE INSULATION INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, receiving and forwarding enquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, receiving and forwarding enquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Document Control: Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, and sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents.
  • Communication: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and schedule office work, prepare and monitor contracts and budgets, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
