Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at PERFORMANCE INSULATION INC. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including record-keeping, preparing reports, and answering employee questions and complaints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Work setting: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
