Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at ONroute. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

About the Role:
  • We are offering a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. They will be responsible for:

  • Determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations;
  • Balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms;
  • Conducting performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain management;
  • Evaluating daily operations and identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment;
  • Participating in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant post-secondary education or training;
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities;
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends;
  • Reliability and dependability, with a strong commitment to delivering results.
