Responsabilités

Le pharmacien en chef est responsable de la réception, de la préparation et de la livraison de médicaments de manière précise et à temps. Il s'assure que les niveaux d'inventaire de médicaments et de suppléments sur le comptoir sont suffisants pour répondre aux besoins des patients. Il conseille les patients sur les nouveaux médicaments et les médicaments supplémentaires de manière amicale, positive et proactive. Il crée de l'awareness et éduque les clients à travers des relations publiques (journées de santé publique, cliniques, etc.).

Compétences requises
  • Titre de pharmacien et licence de pharmacien
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de vente au détail
  • Compétences verbales et interpersonnelles solides
  • Compétences de gestion des personnes et d'encadrement
  • Compétences de service client solides et un fort sens de la professionnalisme
  • Capacité prouvée à développer l'entreprise à l'aide de stratégies de marketing basées sur la communauté
  • Compétences de résolution de problèmes solides, y compris l'expérience de formulation et d'exécution de plans d'action
  • Compétences informatiques personnelles solides, ainsi que la connaissance des systèmes de pharmacie Healthwatch est un atout
