Responsabilités
  • Accueillir les patients et confirmer l'exactitude de toutes les données pertinentes figurant sur l'ordonnance avant de l'exécuter
  • Saisir les données sur les soins du patient
  • Vérifier les tiers-payeurs (si nécessaire)
  • Exécuter avec exactitude les ordonnances de médicaments
  • Maintenir les stocks de la pharmacie au moyen des systèmes de contrôle des stocks
  • Répondre aux demandes de renseignements généraux des patients sur les médicaments en vente libre et les recommander au pharmacien, au besoin
  • Gérer le ramassage des ordonnances des clients
Qualifications professionnelles
  • Expérience d'assistant technique en pharmacie, un atout
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail
  • Solides compétences en communication
  • Expérience démontrée en service à la clientèle
  • Bonnes compétences en informatique et en entrée de données
  • Flexibilité pour travailler à différents horaires, pouvant comprendre des quarts de jour, de soir et de nuit, ainsi que des fins de semaine
