Job Summary

This Branch Supervisor role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including driving profitable sales growth, customer service, reporting, inventory control, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in coaching, team building, recruitment, training, and development of a team
  • Strong leadership qualities with good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks within a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills and aptitude
Performance Metrics

The successful candidate will be measured on their ability to:

  • Drive profitable sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize storage space
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
