About the Role

This position reports directly to the Branch Manager or Branch Operations Manager and is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and supervising daily operations in accordance with established guidelines and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company safety standards and practices, as well as legal regulations.
  • Perform all duties assigned and adhere to TEAM's Core Values.
  • Plan, organize, and control assigned operations in accordance with established guidelines and schedules.
  • Coordinate and supervise project-related activities, including bid proposals and job execution.
  • Maintain close surveillance over operations to ensure proper use of manpower, skills, equipment, and facilities.
  • Provide instruction, guidance, and directions to assist employees having difficulties and procedural problems.
  • Schedule field personnel for work assignments in cooperation with the Operations Manager or Branch Manager and may perform field work on occasion.
  • Act as the liaison between management and the workforce to maintain the highest possible level of employer-employee relationships.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma, technical school, or college credits are preferred.
  • Three years of experience in industrial operations or maintenance is preferred.
  • A current HAZWOPER Training Certificate is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as a working knowledge of PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, and Adobe, are required.
Work Environment
  • The position is based out of a branch or site location.
  • Field duties require indoor and outdoor work in a plant atmosphere.
  • Interaction with other crew employees, supervisors, and client personnel is expected.
  • Working in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels is common.
  • Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection.

Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The salary listed above is just an estimate and should not be taken as a guarantee.
