About the Role
BCEHS seeks an exceptional Organizational Development Executive to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the organization's People Plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and advice on full-scope leadership and organizational development initiatives.
- Leads and inspires a team of specialists, coaches, and facilitators.
- Designs and delivers leadership forums and meetings.
- Develops and implements a comprehensive organization development strategy.
- Creats leadership development strategies and pathways.
- Identifies skill and learning gaps through needs analysis.
- Manages the delivery of services such as workshops and development curriculum.
- Collaborates with partners to create leadership development offerings.
- Applies an LD/OD approach to develop clients' capacity and excellence.
- Supports leaders with performance conversations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Seven to ten years of progressively more senior experience.
- Professional coaching certification.
- Training in group change methodologies.
- Training or certification in DEI and/or trauma-informed practice is an asset.
