Job Title: Advisor - Telesales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Telecommuting Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting sales development through telephone calls, ensuring accounts remain open or closed, and validating customer needs for outside sales representation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote sales development through telephone calls
  • Ensure accounts remain open or closed
  • Validate customer needs for outside sales representation
  • Update Excel files
  • Make end-of-day reports on accounts to be closed
  • Report to Sales Manager on accounts to be visited by outside sales representatives
  • Assess customer profiles
  • Identify opportunities for development

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and/or relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of technological tools such as the MS Office suite, Teams, and Zoom
  • Bilingualism (French and English) will be considered an asset
