Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Greeter to join our team at Cabela's. As a Seasonal Greeter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Engage Customers: Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information on in-store promotions and events.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador for Cabela's, representing our brand and values to all customers entering the store.
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Visual Presentation: Maintain the visual presentation of products and displays in the front area, ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide superior service to customers.
  • Knowledge of Retail Practices: Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for prolonged periods and move around the store as needed.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
