Job SummaryWe're seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Support the Store Manager and contribute to the delivery of our success in store.
- Engage with customers and work alongside the team to drive sales.
- Develop a store culture filled with passion for our brand, where team members shine as extraordinary brand ambassadors.
- Establish a high-performance selling environment that creates moments and exceeds shopper expectations.
- Embody our brand philosophy, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our core values.
- Coach and inspire a team of talented Pandorians, fostering a sense of accountability for both yours and the overall store performance.
- Craft your network and inspire to bring the best talent into Pandora across seasonal and regular hiring.
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
- Master of time management, effortlessly setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
