Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Carisma Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Hire and manage food service staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel
- Prepare and manage budgets, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure seamless service
- Supervise food and beverage servers, as well as staff in various areas of responsibility
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Standing for extended periods
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. You will be standing for extended periods and must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
