About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Winners. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
  • Lead and develop a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Implement visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Manage store budgets, including payroll, inventory, and expenses
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with district managers and other store leaders to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
