Spencer's & Spirit Halloween is a leading retailer of seasonal and novelty items. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services. This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and ensuring all aspects of merchandising and inventory control are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize sales potential.
  2. Manage and control expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses.
  3. Ensure all aspects of merchandising and inventory control are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Develop and maintain a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  1. Minimum age requirement of 18.
  2. Physical demands include in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  3. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
