### Job Summary

As a Senior Assistant Store Manager at Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services. This position requires a strong leader who can support the Store Manager in various tasks, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, and shrinkage, as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
* Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve exceptional results
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to control expenses and shrinkage
* Ensure all aspects of merchandising and inventory control are executed in accordance with Company policies and procedures

### Requirements

* Prior retail and management experience required
* Ability to work up to 38 hours per week
* Minimum age requirement: 18

### Physical Demands

* In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
