Collection SupervisorAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Collection Supervisor to join our team at JACK FILLED FOREIGN EXCHANGE INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Ensure the accurate and efficient operation of equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining a high level of integrity.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, managing inventory levels.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring a fast-paced and efficient work environment.
Computer and Technology Knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, such as Quick Books and Simply Accounting.
Transportation/Travel Information

Public transportation is available for our team members.
