Job Description:

The IT Service Management Process Lead will be responsible for leading the IT service management processes in close collaboration with other ITSM Specialists to drive IT efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. This includes engaging with business functions across the organization to build their service management practice and service delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build implementation plans to ensure all technical and non-technical resources are in place for a successful implementation and management.
  • Establish and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide continual improvement recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage and administer the ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and Asset Management tools.
  • Develop and implement IT service management processes to align with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience leading and managing ITSM processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow is required.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis and planning process.
  • Project management capabilities.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
