CanCap Group Inc. (“CanCap”) is part of privately-owned Canadian national financial services company with multiple verticals across automotive, consumer, and merchant lending portfolios. We manage the entire lifecycle of the finance receivable from credit adjudication through to contract administration, customer service, default management and post charge-off recoveries. CanCap works with Automobile Dealer Partners to help clients finance the purchase of new and used vehicles.

**Process Optimization Engineer**:
- Responsible for optimization and troubleshooting of operational processes.
- Adjust existing processes to improve specified parameters.
- Evaluate processes and programs to improve quality, process capability, and reduce cost.
- Focus on the design, control, and optimization of new processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with stakeholder to implement new projects and execute continuous improvements in systems and processes, targeting best operational practices.
- Research, analyze and understand the operation, dependencies of the solution and process, and how they are used by Operations team.
- Work with technology teams to identify, design and deliver changes; ensure technical solution aligns with functional requirements.
- Key consultant and change leader in the optimization of current solutions and technical design of new solutions.
- Identify areas within the operations process where improvements can be made to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Utilize Six Sigma methodologies, and other CI tools to implement sustainable process improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective action initiatives to eliminate process inefficiencies and ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure and report on process improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Engineering degree
- 1 -3 yrs of experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lean Six Sigma green belt certification.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and processes.
- Ability to work with individuals across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, great communicator - written and verbal.
