About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Funding Representative to join our team at Coast Capital Savings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for verifying and validating approved lease and loan applications and other supporting documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison to the Account Executive team by managing day-to-day client inquiries and providing timely responses.
  • Utilize online client management tools to ensure the timely processing of financing requests and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate completion of credit submissions and contracts.
  • Maintain regular client contact to facilitate the timely collection of credit information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Submit completed credit packages for risk adjudication and monitor the progress of credit applications from submission through to the funding stages.
  • Proactively follow up to address any outstanding audit requirements or deficiencies and ensure the accuracy of credit submissions and client documentation.
  • Generate and distribute client documentation for execution and coordinate client signatures.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare meeting agendas for Account Executive and Senior Leadership teams.
  • Generate weekly and monthly dashboard reports as required and maintain rigorous quality controls.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year's experience in the finance and leasing industry, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • High School Diploma and a strong technical aptitude, with the ability to learn a variety of accounting platforms and CRM tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team to increase efficiencies and facilitate issue resolutions.
  • Ability to be flexible for job assignments, workload, and time management, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
