About the Role:

The Funding Representative is a key member of our team, responsible for verifying and validating approved lease and loan applications and other supporting documents. This role ensures that all critical information is accurate and complete to support the release of funds to the vendor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison to the Account Executive team by managing day-to-day client inquiries and providing timely responses.
  • Utilize online client management tools to ensure efficient processing of financing requests and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of credit submissions and contracts.
  • Maintain regular client contact to facilitate timely collection of credit information and monitor the progress of credit applications.
  • Proactively follow up to address any outstanding audit requirements or deficiencies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Generate and distribute client documentation for execution and coordinate client signatures as needed.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare meeting agendas for Account Executive and Senior Leadership teams.
  • Generate weekly and monthly dashboard reports as required and maintain rigorous quality controls to ensure the accuracy of credit submissions and client documentation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in the finance and leasing industry, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • High School Diploma and proficiency in accounting platforms and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team to increase efficiencies and facilitate issue resolutions.
