The Opportunity

Coveo is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their strategic business outcomes through our solutions and capabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored strategies to drive success
  • Provide exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and customer value
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure seamless customer support and success

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer success, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and innovatively. You should be a natural problem-solver, with a passion for driving customer growth and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, solution consulting, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer success and growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
