Key Responsibilities- Coordinating Events: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
- Information Management: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
- Staff Motivation: Motivate and support staff to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate records.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents related to our operations.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports, including financial reports, and ensure their accuracy and timeliness.
- Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the efficient operation of our office.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as required.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide excellent customer service.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and ensure their accuracy and professionalism.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
- Workplace Health and Safety: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.

Work Language: English
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
