- Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve strategic objectives and advance the hospital's mission.
- Provide leadership and guidance to medical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree.
- Licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
- Fellowship with the College of Family Physicians of Canada or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, if applicable.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a position with significant responsibility for medical staff management.
- Experience in a highly complex, matrixed organization such as an academic health sciences centre, a medical school, or a research institute.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate best practice quality, risk, and safety initiatives.
