Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Commodity Relationship Manager to join our North American Trading Desk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining extensive business relationships within an assigned marketplace.

About the Role

In this role, you will actively drive new business growth by developing relationships with customers and suppliers in existing and new product categories. You will negotiate purchase and/or sales contracts, manage risk, and ensure all contracts are properly executed. Additionally, you will monitor and set example of best-in-class customer service levels, model an internal culture of professionalism, healthy competition, and collaboration.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar or related role
  • Exceptional negotiation, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and work effectively with others
  • A professional and resilient attitude, with a strong desire to succeed
  • A thirst for learning and personal growth
