Job Summary

As a Strategic Sales Manager at CANWEST PACIFIC TRADING INC., you will be responsible for leading the sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. You will also plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments
  • Assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs
  • Leading/instructing groups

  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements
