About the Role
At Noise Digital, we are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of client needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key point of contact for owned client relationships and have a strong understanding of their brand and market sector.
- Strategically plan and manage your client portfolio, leveraging resources from the strategy, media and analytics teams when required to add value to the relationship.
- Maintain and build the client relationship, establishing trust and respect with client partners.
- Champions the client to internal teams, and Noise to client teams.
Requirements
- Strong business acumen, able to spot ways in which to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
