As an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist with a proven track record in supervision, you will be responsible for managing Laboratory and Medical Imaging services. You will work closely with the Director of Clinical Programs & Quality and other Clinical Managers to deliver high-quality patient care while driving quality improvement, education, and health promotion initiatives.

About the Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Laboratory and Diagnostic Imaging quality management systems and accreditation requirements. With a minimum of five years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist in a supervisory role, you will have a solid foundation in performing tasks such as performance management, mentoring, coaching, and developing clinical learning opportunities.



Key Responsibilities


  • Management and coordination of Laboratory and Medical Imaging services
  • Performance management, mentoring, coaching, facilitating, and developing clinical learning opportunities for laboratory and medical imaging staff
  • Fostering an environment that enables communication, creative thinking, and participation by modeling approachability, visibility, and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining collaborative partnerships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Promotion of safe, effective, evidence-based, and quality outcomes
  • Strategic, financial, scheduling, and operational planning for laboratory and medical imaging services
  • Overseeing the monitor of key performance indicators and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
