Office Coordinator

B.C. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
In this role, you will oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and assisting in the preparation of the operating budget.
The successful candidate will have a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure. They will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Key qualifications include:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
