Job Title: Junior Law Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Law Clerk to join our team at Linds & Associates. As a Junior Law Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of condominium projects, including sales and disclosure documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation of condominium unit closing documents
  • Involved in the registration of condominiums and related by-laws
  • Directly communicate with clients and other lawyers' offices
  • Draft and amend correspondence
  • Prepare reporting letters and accounts to clients
  • Perform sub-searches of title and off-title searches
  • Prepare various documents in Teraview
Requirements:
  • A post-secondary diploma in a related Legal Administration and/or Law Clerk program or equivalent years of experience
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Law Clerk in Real Estate – Residential and/or Commercial
  • Specific Condominium experience acting on behalf of the vendor is considered an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Conveyancer/Unity, PC Law and Teraview
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently on multiple files
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
