Job Title: Corporate Law Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Law Clerk to join our team at Hansra Law. As a Corporate Law Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our legal team in providing exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our legal team, including drafting legal documents, managing files, and coordinating corporate filings.
  • Assisting with client onboarding, task management, and deadline maintenance.
  • Developing and maintaining our firm's precedent library, document automation templates, and case management system.
  • Reviewing pre-bills, initiating trust requests, and collecting on overdue amounts.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including phone support, email communication, and in-person interactions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of corporate law clerk experience.
  • A Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent legal experience.
  • Strong drafting and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in various computer programs, databases, and systems.
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
