About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Law Clerk to join our dynamic team at Hansra Law. As a key member of our business law team, you will play a vital role in supporting our lawyers and clients in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our lawyers, including drafting legal documents, managing files, and coordinating corporate filings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal contracts, correspondence, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update our precedent library, document automation templates, and case management system.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and ensure seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of corporate law clerk experience, with a strong background in business law.
  • Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent legal experience.
  • Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in various computer programs, databases, and systems.
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
