JLL is seeking a skilled Facilities Management Professional to join our team. As an Assistant Facilities Manager - Operations, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee daily work order review and follow-up to ensure successful service delivery
  • Interface with vendors and provide direction as needed
  • Manage operations to mitigate risk and ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • 3-4+ years' experience in facilities management and CMMS/work order applications
  • Understanding of building maintenance and mechanical systems
  • Superior customer service skills and a strong orientation to provide exceptional JLL customer experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel Spreadsheets
