About This Opportunity

As a Strategic Director of Western Canada Sales, you will be responsible for leading our sales strategy in the region. You will develop and execute plans to drive business growth, manage teams, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to achieve ambitious targets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Design and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Western Canada.
  2. Lead High-Performing Teams: Coach and develop sales teams to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales targets.
  3. Analyze and Optimize Performance: Analyze sales data and activities to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize performance.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with marketing, product, and other teams to refine campaigns, products, and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Drive Customer Success: Guide your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer loyalty.

About Your Qualifications

About Compensation and Benefits

We offer an estimated annual salary range of $130,000-$194,000, with a potential bonus or sales incentive plan of up to $120,000. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, flexible work arrangements, and generous company matched pension and share purchase programs.
