Job Title: Administrative Team Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative team lead to join our team at Ashton Tax.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the administrative team, reviewing and evaluating new procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to train staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Leadership: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on administrative procedures and ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to train staff, and proficiency in data entry.
Benefits:
  • Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (dependent on experience).
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
