Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Team Lead to join our team at Topper's Pizza. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our kitchen and service staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management

You will be responsible for requisitioning food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to maintain our high standards of quality and service.

Staff Supervision and Training

You will supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and service staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.

Quality Control and Customer Service

You will ensure that all food and services meet our quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Administrative Tasks

You will maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, as well as prepare and submit reports as required.

Scheduling and Operations

You will establish work schedules and inspect the workplace to ensure safe working conditions.

Requirements:
  • Education

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Experience

You must have a strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service and inventory management.

Language

You must be fluent in English.

Work Schedule

You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
