Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and helpful to customers and consignees.

• Pick up and deliver goods as requested, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.

• Use initiative to anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise during deliveries.

• Maintain open communication with the Dispatch Officer to ensure seamless delivery operations.

• Drive safely and take care of company vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

• Assist with packaging and labeling shipments as required.

• Monitor packaging materials and advise the Operations Supervisor when stock is running low.

• Be prepared to work overtime during busy periods and request additional duties during quiet times.

• Perform airport duties as directed, including import and export.

• Work periodic weekends as rostered.

Requirements:

• Current driver's license.

• Good driving record.

• Good knowledge of the metropolitan area.

• Pleasant and proactive manner with customers.

• Good knowledge of cold chain management and basic DG.
