Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at VCE Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in our logistics operations.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train our delivery drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Route Optimization: Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize our delivery routes and reduce costs.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions and ensure that our team is equipped to meet the demands of our logistics operations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our logistics operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a logistics or transportation role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
