Job Summary

Think Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • First Aid Certificate
  • MS Outlook
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
