Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Think Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • MS Outlook skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Steel-toed safety boots required.
