Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Global Wireless Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of problems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity
  • Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex issues
  • Provide training and guidance to users on technical procedures and best practices

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
