  • Customer Service: Communicate with customers to resolve inquiries and concerns, and provide pre-shipment notifications as needed.
  • Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate data in the ERP and distribution management systems.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in purchase orders and complete necessary corrections.
  • Logistics and Tracking: Monitor and track proof of delivery, and ensure timely resolution of any shipping issues.
  • Inventory Control: Participate in monthly and year-end inventory processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all third-party personnel have completed the required safety training and sign-offs.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support the efficient operation of the shipping and logistics function.
